My name is Helen Schuckman and I’m continuing the tradition my Grandma Celia started by making her recipe for diamond shaped brown sugar cookies. Back in 2003 I opened a brick and mortar store in Hawthorne, NJ to sell fresh baked goods and other cafe items.
